The cause of different length of crimping terminal and its solution

View:780Error cause:
1. The pressure of wire feeding roller is not good
2. Straighter is pressed too tight.
3. The guiding bushing hasn’t centralized with the blade edge
Solution:
1. Adjust the pressure adjusting button to the suitable level
2. Loosing the Straighter
3. Centralize the guiding bushing and blade edge
