The BZW-6C Hexagonal Terminal Crimping Machine is designed for crimping cable lugs and non-standard terminals from 6–120 mm² with a 200 kN crimping force. Its servo-controlled dieless crimp head avoids frequent die changes while ensuring consistent precision. Compact and low-noise, the BZW-6C is widely used in EV high-voltage cables, industrial power connections, and automotive wire harness production. An optional OES Crimp Force Monitoring System supports MES integration for real-time quality control.
