The opening clamp plate and blade cam are installed on the machine frame, the wire stripping and clamping device are installed on the rotary disc, and also the cam, guiding wheel and guiding pillar for driving the stripping blade; the stripping device includes blade frame and stripping blade to realize the automatic stripping. The clamping device includes upper clamper and down clamper, pressing spring and forcing plate are used for clamping.
