Our automatic terminal crimping machine series features a modular open-platform design supporting up to 6 independent working stations, enabling flexible configuration for wire cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, seal insertion, twisting, tinning, and pressure monitoring in a single pass. Each automatic terminal crimping machine is driven by servo motors and controlled via an EtherCAT bus system, ensuring consistent crimp force and repeatable accuracy across long production runs. Real-time crimp force monitoring (CFM) automatically detects and ejects defective terminations, while the built-in MES interface enables full production traceability and data upload for smart factory integration.
