Bulk nylon ties are loaded into the vibrating plate, then fed through the vibration rail and pneumatic tube to the lightweight handheld gun head, which automatically ties the harness and cuts the remaining tail—saving labor time and improving productivity. With a touch-screen panel, stable performance and adjustable clamping force, the BZW-20 Automatic wire tying machine is suitable for aircraft, train, ship, automotive, communication and home-appliance wire harnesses, as well as packing/fixing of tubes and food/liquid connectors.
