The BZW-1003FK series assembly inspection automatic line is a highly integrated and intelligent FAKRA wire harness inspection equipment
that can complete the electrical performance inspection, coaxiality inspection, and interface depth inspection of a single cable in one stop.
It can also integrate functions such as automatic assembly of FAKRA connector plastic shells, labeling, laser coding, and label scanning. The
flexible production line layout design can meet your various customized needs.
Product description
NO.1 The ring-shaped intelligent magnetic drive flexible circulation system is used to drive product circulation. The machine has a
compact structure and takes up little space.
NO.2 There is no need to distinguish the type of outer conductor during the wiring operation. The equipment automatically
identifies and plans the inspection and assembly sequence.
NO.3 Connector plastic shell assembly uses flexible vibration plate loading, which is compatible with the rapid change production of
multiple plastic shells.
NO.4 The electrical measuring probe is floatingly installed and can adapt to the size and position deviation of the outer conductor
within a small range.
NO.5 Configure a high-precision visual inspection system and displacement sensor to detect connector interface dimensions.
NO.6 It has the function of labeling and scanning the serial number on the label to trace the inspection record of the wire harness.
NO.7 Good products and defective products are discharged separately, and independent defective product boxes are used to
prevent mixing and defective products from flowing out.
NO.8 Can be connected to customer MES system.
