This equipment is used for stripping Ethernet cables and crimping copper rings. It has the characteristics of convenient
operation and stable processing.
NO.1 Half-stripping outer quilt: Using a rotary stripping mechanism and servo control, the wire can be
stripped to a fixed length and depth, adapting to different wire diameters.
NO.2 Zero end cutting: Precision cutting of the cable end facilitates subsequent CCD positioning inspection,
and defective products can be removed at this station.
NO.3 CCD visual positioning: guide the cable to rotate to the set position by taking pictures to ensure that
the core wires in the crimping area remain level.
NO.4 Copper ring crimping: Equipped with a 2.5T crimping machine, integrated with pressure detection,
material shortage sensing and waste crushing and recycling functions.
NO.5 Finished product processing: Good products are taken out manually, and defective products are
transferred to the end zero-cutting process for processing.
NO.6 Intelligent control: adopts PLC system, supports touch screen and PC software operation, and has
process data storage and MES interface.
