This production line is used for processing, assembling and crimping coaxial cable RMC (90° elbow) connectors; the
equipment has single-end pay-off and single-end processing. The main process includes wire end processing, crimping
the center conductor, crimping the outer conductor and related testing. According to the product characteristics of the
RMC elbow, the production line is divided into two parts: a. Automatic cable processing machine, semi-automatic
operation, equipped with a full-time operator; b. The outer conductor assembly machine operates fully automatically
and only requires the operator to perform material changing operations and exception handling.
