BZW-80R Fully automatic winding and tying machine

The BZW-80R fully automatic winding and tying machine is designed for wire harness factories that need consistent, labor-free coiling and bundling. Automatic wire winding machine adopts a PLC control system with a touch screen for easy operation and stable performance. A servo motor accurately controls wire feeding, cutting and winding, while the winding disk diameter, winding turns, both-end lengths and belt-winding quantity can all be set to match different products. As a complete wire winding tying machine, it works fully automatically with no manual participation—2 meters of wire is processed in about 7 seconds, with each extra meter adding only 0.4 seconds.
