NO.1 The terminal supply adopts the flexible vibrating plate mode, which combines the vision system and the robot to grab the terminals. It is compatible with 20 types of terminal feeding and does not need to switch the vibrating plate.
NO.2 The crimping mold is designed according to the terminal style and is easy to switch during use. To prevent misuse, parts and clamps have QR codes for scanning and confirmation.
NO.3 The crimped end face is tin-coated, and high-frequency local heating is used to make the cable local high temperature. The XYZ platform drives the automatic tin feeding system to evenly coat the crimped end face.
NO.4 Visual inspection function is added to important links to realize process monitoring, such as: after stripping off the jacket, after crimping, soldering end face, and terminal surface to see if there are stolen goods.
