NO.1 Double-head processing + reversing mechanism: It adopts a double-head processing design with a reversing mechanism
in the middle, which can be flexibly compatible with cables with a length of 140-900mm. There is no need to additionally adjust
the equipment body. It adapts to the processing needs of multiple specifications of cables and improves processing efficiency
and versatility.
NO.2 Flexible terminal supply system: The terminal supply adopts the flexible vibrating plate mode, with a high-definition vision
system and a high-precision manipulator to collaboratively grab the terminals. It is compatible with the automatic loading of 20
different specifications of terminals. There is no need to switch the vibrating plate, greatly reducing the changeover time and
reducing manual operation costs.
NO.3 Switchable crimping mold + anti-misuse design: The crimping mold is specially designed according to different terminal
styles and can be quickly switched during use to adapt to diverse terminal processing. At the same time, parts and fixtures are
equipped with QR codes, which can be scanned to confirm matching, effectively preventing mold misuse and ensuring processing
accuracy and product qualification rate.
NO.4 Full-process visual inspection and monitoring: Integrate visual inspection functions into key processing links to achieve
full-process monitoring. Key inspection items include: the status of cables after stripping, the quality of terminals after crimping,
and the timely detection of defective products to avoid flowing into the next process.
