NO.1 This machine is an auxiliary equipment for testing the side thrust of cables and terminals
after ultrasonic welding. It can be used for non-destructive testing of finished products.
NO.2 Using high-precision servo electric cylinder drive, precise stroke setting, high-precision
thrust sensor, real-time data collection, the experimental thrust can be set, the force will stop in
time, and the thrust setting can be maintained for 1-20 seconds. There is also a high-definition
CCD to assist in appearance deformation detection.
NO.3 It can meet the side thrust test of welding products with different thickness terminals
and copper wires and aluminum wires, and the test tooling can be quickly switched.
NO.4 The human-machine interface is equipped with an industrial computer as standard. Test
data can be stored to facilitate product tracking. It can meet the needs of docking with the MES
production system of the customer's factory. The operation is simple and intelligent, and the
test recipe parameters can be saved for easy recall next time.
