BZW-9A-1 Ultrasonic wire harness welding machine
The BZW-9A-1 is a China-made ultrasonic wire harness welder built for copper/copper and copper/aluminum wire joining. Instead of crimp terminals or tinning, it fuses bare strands with 20 kHz ultrasonic energy, giving near-zero-ohm joints, no flux smoke and lower heat-risk harnesses. A 10-inch HMI stores welding recipes, while the motor-driven width and proportional-valve pressure settings make changeovers fast for 0.5–25 mm² wires. Compact at 800×500×1100 mm and 130 kg, it suits automotive, EV and appliance harness shops needing clean, repeatable, low-resistance connections from a Bozhiwang ISO 9000 production line.
